Help
Who actually cooks my order?

A named home cook from our roster. The menu is shared; whoever is available and makes that dish claims your order. Order from a chef's own page and that exact person cooks it.

How do I pay?

We confirm every order personally first — timing, details and total — and take payment on confirmation. No surprise charges.

How far ahead should I order?

Most dishes need 24 hours' notice; some pastries can be same-day when a cook is free. Each item shows its lead time. Catering needs 48 hours.

Do you deliver?

Pickup is free at an arranged window. Delivery is available across Austin — the fee depends on distance and is confirmed when we call.

Can a cook I like make my whole order?

Yes — open their page from the chefs list and order there. The whole order goes to them, at their prices.

Allergens?

Listed per dish. These are home kitchens with shared equipment — flag any critical allergy in the order notes and we'll confirm with the cook before accepting.
