What we collect
When you order: your name, a phone number or email, your order details, and a delivery address if you choose delivery. If you sign up for the newsletter: your email.
That is the list. We do not collect payment card details on this site while payment is taken on confirmation.
How we use it
To confirm and fulfil your order: the cook who claims your order sees your name and contact so the handoff works. To reach you about your order. Nothing else.
We do not sell or share your information with anyone outside the order you placed.
Where it lives
Order data is stored on our own server in the United States, with encrypted offsite backups retained for 30 days.
Your choices
Ask us to delete your data at any time and we will, except records we must keep for completed transactions. Newsletter emails always include an unsubscribe link.
