The baker of the house. Dinara runs her own bakery in Austin — honey cake rested overnight, napoleon by the dozen layers, and the sweets that anchor every tea table. Her cakes were the first thing on this menu.

Help
Who actually cooks my order?

A named home chef from our roster — we match each order to the chef who cooks that dish best, and we tell you who's cooking when we confirm. Order from a chef's own page and that exact person cooks it.

Is the food halal?

Many of our chefs keep halal kitchens, but we don't assume — if halal matters to you, say so in the order notes and we'll confirm it with the chef before accepting your order.

How does catering work?

Send the date and headcount through the catering page. We plan the spread across our chefs, confirm a quote within a day, and deliver before your guests arrive. Catering needs 48 hours' notice.

How do I pay?

We confirm every order personally first — timing, details and total — and take payment on confirmation. No surprise charges.

How far ahead should I order?

Most dishes need 24 hours' notice; each item shows its lead time. Catering and beshbarmak need 48 hours.

Do you deliver?

Delivery is available across Austin — the fee depends on distance and is confirmed when we call. Pickup at an arranged window is free.

Can one chef make my whole order?

Yes — open their page from the chefs list and order there. The whole order goes to them, at their prices.

Allergens?

Listed per dish. These are home kitchens with shared equipment — flag any critical allergy in the order notes and we'll confirm with the chef before accepting.
